This HSE Policy is developed to provide clarity and direction on the Principles by which the group manages its business by:

  • Complying with safety and Environmental policies, Codes of practice, Procedures and Guidelines

HSE POLICY OBJECTIVE

The objective of the HSE document is to provide all staff members with a clear, comprehensive, and well-organized description of the process for managing Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) at both the corporate level and within their respective teams. This document serves as a valuable resource that outlines all relevant aspects of HSE, ensuring that employees have a complete understanding of their roles and responsibilities in maintaining a safe and environmentally conscious work environment.

LEADERSHIP AND COMMITMENT

We strive to foster a culture of proactive HSE management at all levels of our organization. This culture can be achieved when our staff and contractors have confidence in the commitment of Senior Management to enhance sound HSE performance. To develop this belief, leadership from Senior Management down to the Supervisor level is crucial.

Proactive target setting plays a significant role in promoting HSE management. This process involves consultations with staff and contractors and is driven by individual and team performance appraisals. By actively involving everyone and seeking their input, we ensure that targets are realistic and attainable.

Furthermore, informed involvement is encouraged by personally reviewing the implementation of HSE practices at the site level. This hands-on approach allows us to identify areas for improvement and allocate appropriate resources to meet our targets effectively. By actively participating in the process, we demonstrate our commitment to HSE management and create a culture of continuous improvement.
